Refund & Cancellation Policy

Appointments & Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a small, independent practice, late cancellations have a significant impact.

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients, and the full treatment fee will still apply.

Illness & Emergencies

I understand that illness or unexpected situations can arise. If you are unwell, please contact me as soon as possible — each situation will be considered with care and discretion.

Refunds

Payments for completed treatments are non-refundable.
Pre-paid packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior agreement.
Packages must be used within the stated timeframe unless otherwise agreed.
