My corporate wellness offerings are designed to support staff wellbeing in a grounded, practical and genuinely restorative way. Rather than quick fixes or performative wellness, these sessions create space for regulation, relief and reset — helping people feel clearer, steadier and more resourced at work.

I work with organisations looking to support their teams with care that feels accessible, inclusive and evidence-informed, whether for a one-off wellbeing day or ongoing support.

What I Offer

Seated massage supporting relaxation during the working day

Chair Massage
(Seated, Fully Clothed)

Short, effective massage sessions delivered in a chair — ideal for wellbeing days, staff appreciation events or ongoing workplace support.

  • Reduces muscle tension in the neck, shoulders and back

  • Supports circulation and nervous system regulation

  • No oils, no need to undress, minimal space required

Sessions are typically offered in 10–20 minute slots per person.

Guided Meditation & Nervous System Reset Sessions

Gentle, accessible sessions designed to help staff down-regulate stress and reconnect with a sense of calm.

  • Breath-led grounding practices

  • Nervous system education (simple, practical, non-clinical)

  • Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike

These sessions work well as standalone workshops or as part of a wider wellbeing day.

Workshops are conversational, trauma-informed and grounded in real-life application —

not theory-heavy or prescriptive.

A combination of treatments and sessions tailored to your team’s needs.

This might include:

  • Chair massage alongside meditation sessions

  • Drop-in support spaces

  • A quieter, restorative alternative to high-energy wellbeing events

I’m happy to collaborate with HR or wellbeing leads to create something that genuinely supports your staff.

A Trauma-Informed,
Inclusive Approach

My background spans over a decade working within health and therapeutic settings, including the NHS. This has shaped a way of working

that prioritises:

  • Psychological and physical safety

  • Consent and choice

  • Inclusivity across abilities, bodies and experiences

  • Calm, respectful delivery

No one is asked to share personal experiences, perform vulnerability or “push through”. Participation is always optional and supported.
