Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 20/03/2026.

I am committed to offering a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive experience for all clients.

I aim to ensure that my services are accessible and adaptable wherever possible. This may include:

  • Allowing extra time for appointments where needed

  • Adapting treatments to accommodate sensory sensitivities, chronic illness, pain, fatigue, or mobility needs

  • Clear, upfront communication around treatments and consent

  • A calm, non-rushed environment

If you have any accessibility requirements, questions, or concerns, you are warmly encouraged to get in touch before booking so we can explore how best to support you.

Treatments are provided from Ora The Wellbeing Company, a space designed to be as accessible, safe, and supportive as possible.

The building offers step-free access with appropriate fire safety routes in place. A disabled toilet is available on site, and the treatment room is arranged to support ease of access and comfort.

A larger, electrically adjustable medical-grade treatment bed is used to support a wide range of needs, allowing treatments to be adapted safely and comfortably.

If you have specific access requirements or would like to discuss how your session can be adapted, you are very welcome to get in touch ahead of your appointment.
