Hello

I’m Abigail, and my work is rooted in one simple principle: the body heals best when it feels safe. Before working independently, I spent over ten years in the NHS supporting people through trauma, chronic stress, illness and recovery. That experience deeply shaped my approach — one that is slow, respectful, and led by the nervous system rather than pressure or performance. I believe care should feel grounding, human and deeply considered, not rushed or overwhelming.

My Therapy Approach

A trauma-informed therapist with a background spanning over a decade in the NHS and private practice. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with people navigating trauma, long-term stress, illness, injury and emotional overwhelm — experiences that taught me how deeply the nervous system influences our ability to heal, rest and feel at ease in our bodies.

My time in the NHS shaped my values profoundly. I saw first-hand the importance of safety, consent and meeting people exactly where they are. That ethos carries through everything I do now. My treatments are never rushed or one-size-fits-all. Instead, each session is guided by careful listening — to you, and to what your body needs in that moment.

Whether you’re coming for therapeutic bodywork, nervous system support, energy work or skincare treatments, my approach remains the same: gentle, grounded and respectful. This is a space where nothing is forced, where your body is allowed to soften at its own pace, and where rest is seen as an essential part of healing — not a luxury.

I work with people who are tired of pushing through, who want care that feels steady and supportive, and who are ready to reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels safe and sustainable. My intention is simple —to create a calm, welcoming space where you can exhale, settle, and begin to feel more like yourself again.
